Please be aware that I am not a certified nutritionist or dietitian. I am just sharing my own food journey and experiences on this website. The information that I use to help guide my lifestyle decisions stems from internet research, books I read, documentaries and other sources.
Every person’s dietary needs and restrictions are unique, so make sure to check with a medical professional before making changes to your diet or exercise plan. Any information on this blog is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The reader assumes full responsibility for consulting a qualified health professional regarding health conditions or concerns, and before starting a new diet or health program. Weight Watchers Smart Points
The Weight Watchers SmartPoints values on this site are unofficial, veganrecipesforweightloss.com is in no way part of or a representative of Weight Watchers. I am not trained by Weight Watchers nor authorised to give Weight Watchers advice. Any advice given here should not replace the advice of your Weight Watchers Coach.
SmartPoints values given may not always be accurate, and ideally, you should check with Weight Watchers using official resources such as the SmartPoints calculator or the SmartPoints kitchen scales.
Nutritional Information
The nutritional information I provide for my recipes should be viewed as a general courtesy.
Whenever possible, I use the actual nutritional information supplied on the packet for the ingredients I use. However, this isn’t always possible (for example, fresh fruit and vegetables, alcohol, and herbs and spices). Where the information I need isn’t available on the packaging, I use Tesco groceries – Nutritional information is often listed for each item on sale. I also use online calculators such as MyFitnessPal.com and verywellfit.com.
I try to be as precise as possible but you should not depend on its accuracy. Varying factors such as product types or brands purchased, natural fluctuations in fresh produce, and the way ingredients are processed change the effective nutritional information in any given recipe.
Furthermore, different online calculators provide different results depending on their own nutrition fact sources and algorithms. Under no circumstances will veganrecipesforweightloss.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting for your reliance on nutritional information.
To obtain the most accurate representation of the nutritional information in a given recipe, you should calculate the nutritional information with the actual ingredients used in your recipe, using your preferred nutrition calculator. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any nutritional information provided is accurate, complete, and useful.
