Hello and welcome to Vegan Recipes for Weight Loss!
Here on Vegan Recipes for Weight Loss my aim is to not only share my own weight loss successes (fingers crossed!!) and failures (it would be totally unrealistic not to expect some weight gains throughout this journey) but to also share the hints, tips and recipes that help me along the way.

Recipes
When starting on a weight loss journey there are many different eating plans to choose from, so many in fact that it can be a little overwhelming!
Therefore, in order to help you get started I am pulling together a series of recipes to help you through your first two weeks. I have included some approximate nutritional values for all the recipes but it should be noted these can change depending upon the actual ingredients you use (eg different brands can contain different ingredients and the size of fresh ingredients; both can have an effect on the final nutritional values – see my full nutrition disclosure here).
