Weekly Weigh-in Results
This week I was prepared for a gain but I’m happy to say that this week I stayed the same – Huzzah!!
What happened this week
Why am I so pleased with a ‘stayed the same’ result on the scales this week? Well, I went to a fitness class and one thing I’ve found during my time as a WW Leader is that people often gain a little weight after starting a new fitness regime. So although I tracked my meals I was still prepared for a small gain.

How did I do during the class?
Well, it felt like I nearly died! lol This was the first fitness class I have attended in like… for-e-ver! It was one of those dance for fitness classes so it was very (VERY) fast. Thankfully the instructor gave me some good advice – forget the arm movements and focus on the steps – and I’m sooo glad she did as I only just managed to keep up.
By the end I was as red as a tomato and sweating so badly it looked like I had taken a shower with my clothes on – niiice! Will I go back? Errrrm…. maybe… no, I will go back and see how I get on. However, I think I will try to find something a little closer to home as it was a 30 minute drive away.
