Weekly Weigh-in Results
I’ve been working quite hard this week to try to stay on track. I’ve tracked everything and I’m happy to report a 2 lb loss! Huzzah!
What happened this week
I started off with good intentions this week and although I tracked everything I didn’t do very well on the meal planning side of things despite creating a planner in my bujo.
Luckily this week has been pretty quiet again which makes it easier to stay on track. I have to admit I was tempted to indulge on a naughty dinner tonight since I’ve had a good result (I have been known to call weigh-in day “cheat day”). However with Christmas so close I’ve resisted.
I really want to stay on track as I’ll be dress shopping pretty soon for the Christmas work party and it would be great if I could get into a smaller dress size for the occasion!
So instead of a naughty dinner I’ll be indulging in a non-food treat – any suggestions?

One thing I found really good this week was a recipe for homemade onion bhajis. You can find the original recipe here: Onion Bhajis
Instead of the egg I used this egg replacer which worked just fine. I forgot to add the salt and to be honest they definitely needed the salt. If you like your onion bhajis a little spicier I would suggest using a stronger curry powder, I used medium instead of mild and they still could have been a little spicer for me.
What is amazing is that this recipe makes 15 bhajis and you’re allowed 3 for the 1 SmartPoint! The nutrition facts below are just for the onion bhajis and do NOT include the nutrition values for the yogurt and mango chutney dip.
Have a good week
